How it works

Four steps. The sum is on the page before you apply.

No monthly allowance and no fee rebate. Points are funded by supplier margin on settled invoices, and nothing else.

One invoice, settled£4,800 × KP 5 / £1

KP 24,000= £240.00

One hundred Kivo Points is one pound on your cardIllustrative. Rates are set with each supplier and printed beside its name on the Register. One invoice of £4,800 settled with a Stamped supplier at KP 5 / £1.
Four steps

From the invoice to the card.

£4,800 × KP 5 / £1 = KP 24,000 = £240.00

  1. 01

    Choose a Stamped supplier

Buy from a supplier on the Register. Every entry shows its checks, its Stamp date and its rate as KP per £1.

  2. 02

    Pay the invoice

Settle the invoice as you would anyway. The supplier reports it, or you upload it and the supplier confirms.

  3. 03

    The Return lands

Pending for 14 days, then a Return lands on your Ledger. Points = net invoice × rate, rounded down.

  4. 04

    Convert

From KP 1,000, Points move onto your firm's Kivo Card at KP 100 = £1, at once.

Every Point is a Ledger line: supplier, date, rate, Points, pounds. Export CSV or PDF, or share a read-only link.

Your firm's Points

Points belong to the firm, never a person. They do not expire while you are a member and stay convertible for 90 days after.

Earned only on settled invoices with Stamped suppliers, at the printed rate. KP 100 = £1. Nothing on the fee.
